Overview on Theory of Food Safety Objectives and Revelation to Food Safety Management

Abstract: This paper reviewed on the effects of Food Safety Objectives (FSO) theory used in the food safety system. The author generally introduced FSO theory from both concept level and application level. Moreover, this paper summarized theimportant status and role of FSO in the food safety control system, and was expected to offer a theoretical gist for the further development of Chinese food industry and the improvement of food safety control system.
