Development Study on Wild Grape Icewine

Abstract: After a lot of study on the rich wild grape resources of Changbai Mountain, high quality and high value-added wild wine varieties were developed. Determine the harvest, juice processing and fermentation technology were the key to solve the low-temperature fermentation technology.
