Abstract: This paper introduced ZDG-160 vacuum freeze drying equipment for food and its automstic control system. The equipment can be used to produce freeze drying products fo various kinds of food, such as fruit, vegetalbe, meat, marine products, nutritious and functional foods, pharmaceutical plant, e. t. c. The equipmkent has advantages of rational and compact design, simple operation, reliable running, high automation level, advanced craft and very economic energy consumption.
