The magnetic microsheres have been prepared by precipitation of magnetite from the mixture of ferrous ions and hydrogen peroxide in the prensence of gelatin and sodium hydroxide. The microspheres containing magnetite cores surrounded, by chemisorbed gelatin have 7~400nm diameter with being distributed. They have good mopetic risponsibility in the presence of magnetic field and food dispersion stabylity in water. Experiments have indicatde that gelatin,pH of solution and ferrous chloride have the great effects on forming magnetic gelatin microspheres.

The paper studied spraying Arabic gum, CMC-Na, β-CD on soybean milkpowder’s surface for the purpose of improving soybean milk powder’s mobility and disperse property The results are as follows:spraying single Arabicgum 2.0g/100g soybean milk powder, or CMC-Na 0. 369g/100g soybean milk powder, or β-CD1. 0g/100g soybean milk powder on soybean milk powder’s surface can prevent dissolution agglomeration and possess better dampproof function, When using Arabuic gum, CMC-Na, β-CD together, spraying Arabic gum 1.0g/100g soybean milk powder, CMC-Na0.246g/100g soybean milk powder, β-CD1.0g/100g soybean milk powder can notonly prevent dissolution agglomeration, but dampproof function is better than spraying single Arabic gum’s or CMC-Na’s of β-CD’s.Keywords:Soybean Milk Powder Dissolution Properties Arabic gum β-CD CMC-Na
Study on Health Protection whit Antioxidation and Reducing Blood Lipid of Leaf of Persimmon

The health protection with antioxidation and reducing blood lipid of leaf of persimmon in rats was studied. Fourty five wistra’s rats were selected, and randomly divided into hollow control group, experimental control group and experimental observation group. The results showed that after drinking leaf of persimmon’s tea for 60 days, the LPO levels in serum in experimental observation group were obviously lower than experimpental control group, the SOD activities in RBC were significantly increased, the TG and TC levels in serum in experimental observation group were obviously lower than experimental control group.It was suggested that leaf of persimmon could improve the activities of antioxidang in vivo, and inhibit the occurrence of lipid peroxidation. Leaf of Persimmon is worthy of exploiting as the healthful diet for Human.

The practice of Multiple Phase Equilibrium’ s theory and method in ditermination to the volatimatter of vinegar is studied. It prisent the best comditions of the determination by SE-54 CGC column and SP-3700 GC set. The systerm, theory and methory is certemly usful in producing of vinegar.
