Determination of volatimatter in Vinegar by Headspace/CGC and Multiple Phase Equilibrium

Abstract: The practice of Multiple Phase Equilibrium’ s theory and method in ditermination to the volatimatter of vinegar is studied. It prisent the best comditions of the determination by SE-54 CGC column and SP-3700 GC set. The systerm, theory and methory is certemly usful in producing of vinegar.
