小球藻干粉的营养学与毒理学研究

摘要:  小球藻营养成分分析结果表明;小球藻藻粉是一种高蛋白、低糖、低脂、营养全面均衡的绿色营养源;毒理学研究结果表明:小球藻藻粉是无毒级物质,对体细胞无诱变作用,对生殖细胞无诱变畸形作用,无蓄积毒性;是一种优良的营养强化食品和饲料营养强化剂。每日口服20g可满足人体各种维生素、微量元素和必需氨基酸的需求,不会造成人体内尿酸的升高。

Abstract:  The nutriological analysis revealed that the dry powder of Chlorella is a foodstuff of glue nutritive source with high-protein, low-sugar and fat and rich in nutrient. The toxicological research indicated that the powder of Chlorella cell are a non-toxic material, non-mutagenetic action on the they cell, nonmalformative action on the generative cell, non-store up toxic action in animal body. As a result, the powder of ;Chlorella cell is a kind of gdri foodstuff and forage additive for nutrient strengthening. Taking orally 20g one day can satisfy the needs of man’s bocly for vitamin, hacro-elemeats and epeotial amino acid, but don’t Cause the uric acid going up in the blood.
