外源乙烯和1-MCP处理对番茄采后贮藏期抗冷性的影响

Cold Tolerance Induced by Exogenous Ethylene and 1-MCP Treatment during Tomato Storage

摘要: 本实验用不同浓度乙烯利及乙烯受体抑制剂1-MCP处理番茄果实,通过对相关抗冷指标的检测,来揭示乙烯对于果实抗冷性的影响。结果显示,当乙烯利浓度为0.04%时,能够提高番茄果实游离脯氨酸含量,细胞持水能力,并抑制MDA的大量积累和电解质渗透率的升高,对细胞膜膜脂过氧化的发生起到一定的抑制作用,从而诱导番茄果实抗冷性的提高。而1-MCP则会加重冷害的发生。说明内源乙烯对提高果实抗冷性有积极作用,且适当浓度的外源乙烯能够加强这种作用。

Abstract: Tomato fruits treated by different concentrations ethephon and 1-MCP were measured to reveal cold tolerance of tomato fruits induced by ethylene. The results indicated that when exogenous ethephon concentration is 0.04%, free proline content and cell water-holding capacity increase, but MDA content, relative ratio of electrolyte leakage and cell membrane lipid peroxidation decrease. 1-MCP treatment shows different effects. It is concluded that ethylene can improve cold tolerance, but 1-MCP can accelerate development of chilling injury. Endogenous ethephon can improve cold tolerance of tomato, which can be intensified by exogenous ethylene with suitable concentration.
