摘要: β-内酰胺类抗生素是指化学结构中含有β-内酰胺环的一类抗生素,主要包括青霉素类和头孢菌素类。由于其使用方法不当或不遵守休药期规定等原因给人类健康带来严重危害。本文介绍了动物源食品中β-内酰胺类抗生素的现有残留检测方法,以及实现多残留快速检测的实验思路,包括目标抗体的获得和检测技术的选择。

Abstract: β-lactam antibiotic is a kind of antibiotics withβ-lactam ring in chemical structure, including penicillins and cephalosporins. Because of its abuse, the residues in food have caused serious hazards to people’s health. This paper introduced the present residue detection methods ofβ-lactam antibiotic and the research thinking of multi-residues detection including producing taget antibody and the selection of detection technology.
