梓树果实有效成分的初步研究

摘要: 采用水提取法、醇提取法和石油醚提取法对梓树果实的化学成分进行了比较全面的定性实验。水提取物中检测出有蛋白质、氨基酸、糖类等物质,醇提取物中检测到了酚类、黄酮类、蒽醌、萜类、强心甙类等化学物质,酸水液中检测到了生物碱,石油醚提取物主要含有甾体、萜类等。

Abstract: To obtain chemical constituents from the fruit of Catalpa ovata G.Don,the methods of water extraction,ethanol extraction and petroleum ether extraction were used.Protein,amino acid,carbohydrate were tested in the water extracts.Phenol,flavonoid anthraquinone,terpenoid,cardiac glycoside,alkaloid were tested in the ethanol extracts.Alkaloid was found in the acid extracts.Petroleum extracts contained the terpenoid.
