摘要: 葡萄糖、脂质和氨基酸三类营养物质推动着免疫细胞代谢重编程,并与免疫细胞的增殖、分化以及效应功能的执行密切相关。本文重点综述了免疫细胞的代谢重编程及营养需求特点,免疫细胞与肿瘤细胞、病原体及不同免疫细胞间的营养竞争与激活,以及葡萄糖、脂质和氨基酸营养受限对免疫细胞活化和效应功能的影响。这将有助于从营养代谢调控角度揭示免疫细胞分化和发挥效应功能的深层机制,并对免疫系统相关疾病的治疗或预防提供潜在的指导作用。

Abstract: Nutrients, including glucose, lipids and amino acids, fuel metabolic reprogramming of immune cells, and are closely linked to the proliferation, differentiation and function of diverse immune subsets. In this article, we provide a general framework for understanding the metabolic reprogramming and nutritional requirement of immune cells, competition for nutrients between different immune cells, and among immune cells, tumors, and pathogens. In addition, the impact of insufficient nutrients (glucose, lipids and amino acids) on the activation and function of immune cells are also illustrated. The information gathered in this review can be helpful to deeply understand the importance of nutrient availability in regulating immune responses, and potentially guide the prevention and treatment of immune-related diseases.
