高效液相色谱法测定大蒜肠溶片中蒜氨酸的含量

Determination of Alliin Contents in Garlicinenteric-coated Tablets by HPLC

摘要: 目的:测定大蒜肠溶片中蒜氨酸的含量。方法:采用ZorbaxC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温25℃,流动相为甲醇:水(30:70),流速0.5ml/min,检测波长为214nm。结果:蒜氨酸浓度在0.0122~0.61mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.2%。结论:所建方法简便快速,准确可靠,可用于大蒜肠溶片的含量测定。

Abstract: Objective:To establish HPLC method for determination of alliin in garlicinenteric-coated tablets.Method:The HPLC system consis of Zorbax C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) and methanol and water(30:70) as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 0.5 ml/min.The UV detection was 214 nm.Results:The standard curve is linear within the range of 0.0122~0.61 mg/ml,and the average recovery of alliin is 97.2 %.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and reliable for determination of alliin contents in garlicinenteric-coated tablets by HPLC.
