离子交换法提纯混合生育酚的工艺研究

Study on Purification of Mixed Tocopherols by Ion Exchange Technology

摘要: 利用树脂柱离子交换分离技术,对分离提纯天然生育酚工艺进行了研究。以分子蒸馏后的混合生育酚粗品为原料,经强碱性离子交换树脂柱处理,得到含量在85%以上的混合生育酚产品,生育酚的收率在89.8%~91.6%之间。经过树脂柱提纯所得产品,采用置换色谱,可以一定程度地将同系物分离,特别是能很好地将δ-与β+γ-、α-生育酚分开,获得纯度90%以上的β+γ-生育酚产品以及纯度80%以上的的δ-生育酚产品。

Abstract: On the basis of adsorption and desorption experiments on the ion-exchange resin column, natural tocopherol purification technology was studied. After the purification by the ion exchange resin, the yield of tocopherol is between 89.8%~ 91.6% and the purity of tocopherol is above 85%. By means of the displacement chromatography, separation of tocopherol homologen is achieved, and the purity of 90% β+γ-tocopherol and 80% δ-tocopherol are obtained.
