摘要: 叙述了荞麦苗的营养价值和保健作用,提出了荞麦苗开发利用的经济价值及今后的应用途径,进一步分析了开发利用荞麦苗的广阔前景。

Abstract: The paper reviewed the healthy function and nutritional value of the buckwheat and illustrates the economic value of buckwheat be exploited and utilized. Further, analysis the good prospects of buckwheat exploitation and utilization.
