食品安全科技支撑体系的国际动向与我国的现状及趋势

Scientific and Technological Support System in Food Safety: International Developments as well as Situation and Trend in China

摘要:

食品进出口贸易的存在使得食品安全风险得以在更大的地理领域内存在和传播,在一定程度上增大了食品安全的危害性。加强科技支撑体系的建设有利于促进我国食品出口贸易的发展。本文在分析进出口食品安全科技支撑体系构成的基础上,基于发达国家和我国的不同国情,对建设食品安全科技支撑体系的情况进行了描述,并对我国未来的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:

The global trade of food promotes the risk of food safety existing and spreading in wider geographical field, and increases the harmfulness of food safety to a certain extent. Strengthening the construction of scientific and technological support system is useful to promote the development of China s export trade of food. This article analyzed the components of scientific and technological support system, described its situations in developed countries and our country respectively based on different national conditions, and forecasted its developing prospect in future China.
