摘要: 本文介绍了模糊数学在食品感官评价中的基本应用,并以某品牌的葡萄酒的检验为例来具体说明如何利用该方法对葡萄酒的检验过程及产品质量进行有效的控制。

Abstract: In this paper, fuzzy mathematics was used in evaluating the food sensual quality. Taking wine as example, the methodof how to make fuzzy effective control of wine quality inspection and product quality was demonstrated.
