摘要: 研究以变性淀粉为主要壁材,以超临界CO2萃取无腥鱼油为芯材,采用糊精、甲壳素等壁材进行连续多次包埋,经喷雾干燥得到鱼油多膜微胶囊。着重探讨了壁材组合、配比等对鱼油多膜微胶囊效率的影响,并通过正交实验确定了鱼油多膜微胶囊喷雾干燥的最佳工艺条件。

Abstract: In this paper ,the multi-film microencapsulation of fish oil was made by the spray drying technique. The effects of the group and the proportion of the wall materials to the efficiency of microencapsulation were discussed. The optium technology of spray drying was determined by orthogenesis test.
