摘要: 本文测定了匙羹藤提取物中总皂苷的含量,并采用化学发光法测定了匙羹藤提取物对活性氧的清除作用,结果表明匙羹藤提取物对O2·、·OH和H2O2等活性氧均有显著的抑制和清除作用,且清除作用与受试物浓度呈剂量关系,为其做为功能性食品添加剂的开发利用提供了科学依据。

Abstract: This article measures the content of gymnemic acid and studies the scavenging ability on ROS of Gymnemic extract by chemiluminescence. The results showed that gymnemic extract can inhibit and clear the ROS such as O2·,·OH and H2O2 effectively, and the ability is related with the concentration of the gymnemic extract.
