摘要: 对荷花的营养成分和安全性进行了研究。结果表明荷花中含有丰富的VC、矿物质、糖类、黄酮类和氨基酸。此外,实验还表明荷花对人体是安全的。

Abstract: The nutritional components and safety factors of lotus were studied. The results show that the contents of VC, mineral elements, saccharide, flavone and amino acid are very rich. In addition, the results also show that the lotus is safe for human.
