摘要: 小杂粮是小宗粮豆作物的俗称,由于其独特的风味和营养保健功能倍受现代人青睐。本文分析了山西省开发小杂粮产业的优势,并针对目前发展中存在的问题,提出了山西省发展小杂粮产业的对策。

Abstract: Small coarse cereals are the collective term of small grain and legume crops. Because of its unique flavor and nutritional function, small coarse cereals now attract more and more attention. In this paper, analyzes main superiority and problems in small coarse cereals industrial in Shanxi, in addition, it puts forward the strategies of the sustainable development of small coarse cereals.
