南瓜藤蔓中多糖脱色工艺的研究及其含量变化

摘要: 用水提醇沉法提取南瓜藤蔓中多糖,对该制备过程中双氧水脱色工艺条件进行研究。通过双氧水脱色的单因素试验与正交试验,得到双氧水脱色的最佳条件为:温度60℃、时间60min、料液比为1:1、pH值为10。并通过蒽酮-硫酸比色法对其不同部位、不同时期多糖含量进行测定,结果表明,7月南瓜叶柄多糖含量最高为21.00%,其次为南瓜茎15.70%,再次之为6月南瓜叶含量8.30%;在不考虑其它因素的情况下,6月份和7月份是采摘南瓜茎、叶的最佳时期。本研究结果为南瓜茎、叶的合理采收期提供了理论依据。

Abstract: Polysaccharide of pumpkin’s stems and leaves was extracted with water and ethanol, and study the condition of decoloring process. With the single-factor and orthogonal test, the optimal condition included as following:temperature 60℃, time 60min, quantity of joined hydrogen peroxide double of raw material and pH10. Polysaccharide of different part or period were determined with anthraquinone-sulfuric acid colorimetric method. The result showed that the polysaccharide of pumpkin’s leafstalk in July was most, and the content is 21.00%. Secondly polysaccharide of Pumpkin’s stem is 15.70%. The polysac-charide of pumpkin’s leaf was least,and the content was 8.30%. So June and July are the optimal period for picking Pumpkin’s cirrus without regard to other factors. The results can provide a theoretical basis for a reasonable harvest of pumpkin’s stem andl eaves.
