摘要: 本文利用二苯碳酰二肼(DPC)与铬(VI)的显色反应,在酸性介质中,六价铬与二苯碳酰二肼形成紫色的配合物,λmax=540nm,ε540=4.0×104L/mol·cm,铬含量在0~1.0mg/L范围内符合朗伯比耳定律,结合高锰酸钾氧化Cr(Ⅲ)来测定铬(Ⅲ)的含量。此方法用于牛奶中铬含量的分析,结果令人满意。

Abstract: Color reaction of Cr(Ⅵ)with diphenylcarbohydrazide (DCP) was studied . In aicd medium, Cr(Ⅵ) reacts with DCP to form an purple complex. The apparent molar absorptivity for Cr(Ⅵ) is 4.02×104L/mol·cm at 540nm, and Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~1.0mg/L. The method has been applied for the determination of chromium in milk with satisfactory results.
