摘要: 蜂花粉含有多种必需氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸、黄酮类化合物和多糖等活性物质,具有多种生理功能,如抗氧化、抗癌、降低胆固醇和增强免疫等作用。本文综述了蜂花粉中的生物活性物质及其生理功能的研究进展。同时,对蜂花粉保健食品和药品的开发方向进行了展望。

Abstract: Honeybee pollen have many bioactive constituents such as essential amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids, flavonoids, polysaccharides, and they have the physiological functions of antioxidation, anticancer, reducing cholesterin, enhance immunity effects and so on. The research advance of bioactive constituents and pharemacological functions of honeybee pollen were reviewed in this paper. Meanwhile, the development prospect of pollen in functional food and medicine was pointed out.
