Some Factors of Effect the Stability of Blood Glucose Determination on Evaluation of Functional Foodstuff

摘要: 目的:探讨影响血糖测定稳定性的因素。方法:采用葡萄糖氧化酶法、血糖仪、全自动生化仪,观察禁食时间、室温、采血方法及造模方法对血糖测定的影响。结果:禁食时间以12~16h为宜,12h最佳;血清在4℃下保存8h以内对测定结果无显著性影响;应根据实际需要选择适宜的采血方法和造模方法;三种测定方法间无显著性差异。结论:血糖测定应严格控制禁食时间和室温,根据实际情况选用适宜的采血、造模及测定方法。

Abstract: Objective: To explore factors that effects the stability of blood glucose determination. Methods: We used means of (Glu)COD—PAP, Blood Glucose Monitor, Biochemical Auto Analyzer; to observe the influence that fasting time, laboratory temperature, blood collection and DM establishing methods act on blood test. Results: The fasting time should better be controlled between 12 to 16 hours and 12 hours is the best. The serum that preserved in 4℃ environment within 8 hours have no obvious influence on determination result, Choose suitable blood collection and DM establishing methods according to practical needs, No dramatic difference between three types of blood determination means. Conclusion: Blood determination should control fasting time and laboratory temperature strictly, use perfect blood collection, DM establishing and testing methods.
