多年生藤本豆多肽保健功能的研究

摘要: 目的:研究多年生藤本豆多肽的营养价值及其生物保健功能。方法:通过动物喂养试验,观察其对小鼠生长的影响,检测小鼠血清胆固醇,MDA及SOD酶活力等生化指标的变化情况。结果:多肽加高胆固醇组与高胆固醇组比较,其血清胆固醇水平存在极显著差异,而与空白组比较,MDA水平具有降低的迹象,SOD酶活力明显升高。结论:多年生藤本豆多肽具有降低血清胆固醇作用,使高胆固醇达到正常范围,并具有抗氧化作用。

Abstract: Objective:To study nutritive value of multi-duonianshengtengbendou in silkworm cocoon and its healthy funtion to human body. Methods: Through feeding experiment, the mice’ growth and all kinds of biochemial changes were observe such as serum cholesteral MDA and SOD enzyme and so on. Results: Compared with high cholesteral group the serum cholesteral of the high choleteral group in which multi-duonianshengtengbendou of silk worm cocoon fed has obvious difference, and compared with control group. MDA’s level decreased, but SOD enzyme’s activity rose obviously. Conclusion: Themulti-Duonianshengtengbendou in silkworm cocoon can decrease serum chelesteral, regulate chelesteral to normal range, and have antioxidativea ctivity.
