蝌蚪黑色素体外抗氧化作用研究

摘要: 采用TBA法研究了青蛙蝌蚪黑色素对小鼠肝脏体外过氧化作用的抑制。研究发现,蝌蚪黑色素能有效清除激发态自由基。对肝脂质过氧化有明显抑制作用。抑制率可达36.4%。

Abstract: TBA method was used to study the inhibition of black pigment of frog tadpode on rat liver lipid peroxidation. The results showed that black pigment of frog tadpole can effectively cleaned up the free radical in rat liver tissue, and inhibited lipid peroxidation. The average inhibitory rate was 36. 4%.
