燕麦中主要甾醇的鉴定和效能试验

摘要: 本课题以脱壳燕麦为原料,经石油醚提取得到燕麦油。再经皂化、提取不皂化物,不皂化物以GC/MSD检测,鉴定其中的主要成分是β-谷甾醇。在色拉油中进行了添加抗氧化试验和甾醇抑菌试验,发现其具有一定的抗氧化效能和抑菌效能。效能随添加量的增加而加强。

Abstract: This paper studied on oat oil from deshelled oat seeds by petroleum ether extraction.After saponification,non-saponifiable matter was extracted .GC/MSD identification showed that the principal composition was β-sitosterol.according to adding-test and bacteriostatic test,we found that β-sitosterol had some antioxidant and bacteriostatic effcts.And the function was enhanced when its concentration was increased.
