摘要: 金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)是引起食源性疾病爆发的重要致病菌之一,传统的金黄色葡萄球菌检测方法包括培养法、生化鉴定法、核酸分析法、免疫分析法等,其可靠性高,但操作相对繁琐、费时,且灵敏度较低。生物传感器是一种由生物学、光学、化学等多学科交叉渗透发展形成的新型微量分析技术,具有灵敏度高、分析速度快等特点,被广泛应用于食源性致病菌的检测。本文对比了金黄色葡萄球菌的传统检测方法,重点讨论了近年来基于适配体、噬菌体、纳米材料的电化学或光学等金黄色葡萄球菌生物传感器的检测新方法,并对其未来发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: Staphylococcus aureus is one of the important pathogenic bacteria causing foodborne disease outbreaks. The traditional detection methods for Staphylococcus aureus include culture, biochemical identification, nucleic acid analysis and immunoassay, which have high reliability despite being tedious and time-consuming and having low sensitivity. The biosensor is a new micro-analytical technology integrating biology, optics, chemistry and other areas of science. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity and rapidity, and thus has been widely used in the detection of foodborne pathogens. This article compares the traditional detection methods for Staphylococcus aureus with a focus on new optical and electrochemical biosensors for the detection of Staphylococcus aureus based on aptamers, phages or nanomaterials. Moreover, future development trends are discussed.
