摘要: 本实验通过感官品质测定、生化指标分析、抗氧化酶活力测定以及抗氧化相关基因转录水平分析,研究10?μL/L 1-甲基环丙烯处理6?h对常温贮藏紫背天葵抗氧化系统的影响。结果表明:1-甲基环丙烯处理提高了紫背天葵的感官品质,抑制了呼吸强度,减少了超氧阴离子和过氧化氢的积累,保持了抗坏血酸和谷胱甘肽含量,同时在不同的贮藏时间总体上不同程度地上调了抗氧化酶相关基因(GbSOD、GbAPX1、GbCAT、GbGR)的相对表达量并提高了超氧化物歧化酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽还原酶的活性,从而提高了抗氧化能力,延缓了采后紫背天葵衰老进程。本研究从抗氧化物质、抗氧化酶活性和相关基因的转录水平角度揭示了1-甲基环丙烯处理对紫背天葵抗氧化系统的影响,为后续进一步研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract: The effect of 10 μL/L 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) treatment for 6?h on the antioxidant system of Gynura bicolor DC. (G. bicolor) leaves stored at ambient temperature was examined in this study. The results showed that 1-MCP treatment improved the sensory quality of G. bicolor, inhibited the respiration intensity, suppressed the accumulation of superoxide anion and hydrogen peroxide, and maintained the contents of ascorbic acid and glutathione. In addition, 1-MCP treatment upregulated the expression of genes encoding antioxidant enzymes (GbSOD, GbAPX1, GbCAT and GbGR) at different storage times to varying degrees to enhance the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), ascorbate peroxidase (APX), catalase (CAT) and glutathione reductase (GR) thereby improving the antioxidant capacity and delaying the senescence process of G. bicolor leaves. The findings of this study can provide a theoretical basis for further studies.
