摘要: 人类肠道中聚集着丰富的微生物群落,肠道微生物甚至在婴儿出生前就已经开始定植。从妊娠期开始到婴儿2?岁都是肠道菌群发育的机会窗口。在此期间,肠道菌群的组成容易受到孕龄、分娩方式、喂养方式、抗生素、益生菌和益生元、环境因素和宿主基因等多种因素影响。肠道菌群对婴儿日后的发育至关重要,与婴儿健康密切相关。该综述讨论了生命早期肠道菌群的定植和改变的时期及因素,概述了肠道菌群对婴儿生长发育的重要性,并提出开发新型食品的必要性。

Abstract: There are abundant microbial communities in the human intestine, some of which have begun to colonize in it even before birth. The period from gestation to 2 years old is the window of opportunity for the development of the intestinal microbiota. During this period, its composition is susceptible to a variety of factors such as gestational age, delivery mode, feeding pattern, antibiotics, probiotics and prebiotics, environmental factors and host genes. The intestinal microbiota is crucial to infant development throughout its life and closely related to the health of infants. This review discusses the periods of colonization and change of the intestinal microbiota in early life and the factors affecting it, highlights the importance of the intestinal microbiota to infant growth and development, and puts forward the necessity of developing new foods.
