摘要: 从传热和传质的微分方程出发,建立冷冻干燥模型,求得干燥速率计算公式。从中得出冷冻干燥过程属于传质控制。

Abstract: This paper sets up freeze-dryings pattern from mass and heat transfer equations. The result showes that mass transfer is freeze-drying’s controiling resistance.
