葡萄糖酶电极法快速测定淀粉的含量

摘要: 由葡萄糖氧化酶组成的酶电极系统,可快速定量地测定反应池内葡萄糖糖化酶水解淀粉产生的葡萄糖含量。反应在80s内完成。在0-100mg/dl的淀粉浓度内具有良好的线性关系。连续测定20次的变异系数为0.41%。

Abstract: The content of starch could be rapidly and precisely determined using the enzyme electrodesysterm combined by glucose oxidase. This analysis could be finished within 80s. Each linear range isbetween 0 and 100mg/dl. The coefficient of variation is 0. 41 % with 20 continuous assays.
