摘要: 利用高温短时反应装置将咖啡渣微粉在酸性条件下水解,可得到D-甘露糖,同时分析各因素对水解效果的影响,并在此基础上提出水解工艺。

Abstract: Mannose can be obtained from spent coffee grounds by acid hydrolysis in the high-temperature and shorttime reactoir.Hydrolysis process was work out on the basis of some hydrolysis factors.
