三种新鲜蔬菜对小鼠抗氧化作用影响的观察

摘要: 芥蓝菜、灯笼椒和胡萝卜3种新鲜菜汁灌胃3周的小鼠的抗氧化生化指标观察显示,各菜汁组小鼠的体重增加量、增长速度和肝脏指数明显高于对照组,肝匀浆LPO明显降低。提示该3种蔬菜具有对实验小鼠的抗氧化保健作用。

Abstract: The pHysiological indexes of nutrition and biochendcal indexes of antioxidation of the mice which had received respectively via mouth successively for 3 weeks with the fresh vegetable juice of cabbage mustaral,sweetball redpeper garden carrot were observed,Results showed that, in groups supplemented with vegetables bodyweight gain and increase of hepatic index were significantly higher than that of control groups but the level of liver lipid peroxidation (LPO) was remarkable decline.These indicated that the effects of flesh vegetables on nutrition state and protection of antioxidation in mice may well be relative to the supply of nutrition from fresh vegetables.
