顶空气相色谱法测定银杏叶提取物中的溶剂残留

摘要: 建立了同时测定银杏叶提取物中五种溶剂残留量的顶空气相色谱分析方法。取样2.500g于100ml汽化瓶中,60℃恒温1h,室温青置2h,吸取100μl顶空气进样分析;对样品中残留丙酮、乙醇、苯、氯仿、甲苯的分离选用10%PEG-20M chromosorb-W-AW-DMCS公谱柱。五种溶剂残留分析的线性范围宽,标准曲线的样系数均大于0.9995,平均回收率均大于95%,相对标准偏差均小于5%,方法的重现性强;该方法简便、快速、选择性强,可以有效排除干扰,减少柱污染,并可用于其它功能性食品以及中草药提取物中相关溶剂残留量的分析。

Abstract: A headspace gas chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of the five kinds of residual solvents on Extracts of Ginkgo biloba L.(EGb) was established.About 2.500g sample in a 100ml evaporing-bottle was put into 60℃ oven for 1h,and cooled at room temp.for 2h.Then 100μl headspace gas was injected.The separation of acetone,ethanol,benzene,chloroform,toluene was performed on a 10% PEG-20M Chromosorb-W-AW-DMCS column.The result showd that the method had good recoveries (>95%) and ;low RSD (>5%) and good reproducibility for the five kinds of solvents.The new method was simple and slective could exclude interferences,reduce pollution to the column,and also be used for determination of relative residual solvents in other functional foods and in extracts of chinese medicinal herbs.
