摘要: 本文研究了采摘后的番茄在频率为 2~ 4kHz,强度为 90dB的噪音下,在 8天的贮藏期内生理生化指标的变化情况。结果表明,噪音能提高果蔬的呼吸强度,使呼吸高峰提前到达;提高植物组织内源乙烯的释放量,加速果实的成熟过程;使抗坏血酸氧化酶活性和过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性提高,促进果实衰老;破坏细胞,导致细胞膜透性增加。

Abstract: In this paper,the noise frequency of 2- 4kHz and intensity of 90dB was selected to treat post harvest tomatoes in order to study the changes of physiology and biochemistry parameters in 8 days storage time.The results obyained showed that the noise treatment could remarkably develop the brething intensity,make their respiration peak ahead and make the speed of the consume of the carbohydrate accelerated,increase the ethylene production and make mature period ahead,promote the activities of ascorbic oxidative enzyme and CAT and make tomatoes doddery and damage cells and lead to the cell membrane osmotic rate increased,as compared with the tomatoes control not treated by noise.
