摘要: 本文针对我国当前蔬菜农业产业化、流通现代化和市场营销规范化的发展趋势,论述了为了提高蔬菜商品品质和卫生质量,加强蔬菜商品标准化控制的必要性及实施冷链流通的关键技术,提出了提高卫生安全质量的几点建议。

Abstract: This paper studied on China ,s vegetable developing trend to wards industrialization agriculture ,modernization of circulation and standardization of marketing ,so as to improve the vegetable quality and hygiene ,it expounded the necessarity of the vegetable commodity standardization control ,key technique of cold chain circulation and some proposals for improving hygiene quality.
