摘要: 本文综述了国内外各种来源的天然食品抗氧化剂及其抗氧化效果的研究进展,为开发、利用天然食品抗氧化剂提供信息和参考。

Abstract: In this article,the development of natural food antioxidant from many sources and its antioxidative effect research at home and abroad were summarized. The information of utilizable natural food antioxidant was provided.
