摘要: 双岐杆菌(Bifidobacterium)具有革兰氏阳性菌典型的生理特征,作为一种生理性有益菌,具有生物屏障和营养功能,且具有增强免疫,改善肠胃功能、抗肿瘤、抗衰老等多种重要的生理功能,在食品上用作功能食品、保健乳制品的开发。

Abstract: With typical biological characters of Gram positive bacteria,Bifidobacteria have shown a lot of physiological functions such as biological barrier,nourish function,builduping immunity,modifying the function of intestine & stomach and repelling tumour & caducity.They have been used to develop function foods and healthy dairy products.
