柱色谱分离提纯三氯蔗糖

摘要: 采用薄层色谱法定性,以柱色谱法分离提纯三氯蔗糖。三氯蔗糖的平均回收率为95.18%,相对标准偏差为0.75%。并用红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振、元素分析等方法对三氯蔗糖的结构进行了鉴定。

Abstract: Sucralose was purified by column chromatograph and determined by thin layer chromatograph.The average recovery of the method was 95.18% and the relative standard deviations was 0.75%.The structure of sucralose was also identified by the methods of IR,MS,NMR and elemental analysis.
