葛根淀粉连续化生产工艺的研究

摘要: 采用工业连续化生产工艺,通过筛分、离心等工艺,将葛根中的淀粉与纤维、蛋白及其它杂质分开,制取葛粉,日产葛粉可达10吨以上,回收率可达90%以上,适合工业化生产。

Abstract: By filtration and centrifugation, the starch of kudzu is recovered. The recovery could be over 90 percent. This is an industry process which could yield the starch over 10 tons per day.
