褐藻岩藻糖胶的辐射防护作用研究

摘要: 采用昆明种小鼠,分组经口给予10、40及70mg/kg剂量褐藻海带中岩藻糖胶(FD),连续饲养15d,各组照射,观察30d存活率;另取小鼠,分别经口给予10及40mg/kg剂量FD,连续饲养10d后,照射,分别剪尾采血,以显微计数法分别测定辐射前、辐射后白细胞及淋巴细胞数量;取小鼠经口给予10及40mg/kg剂量FD,连续喂养12d后照射,6d后眼眶采血,测定白细胞及淋巴细胞数量,并取肝、脾组织、小鼠附睾及胸骨髓涂片分别测定过氧化脂质(LPO)、嗜多染红细胞微核及精子畸变率等。结果表明:预先给予FD的各组,与辐射对照组比较,存活率分别提高9.1%及7.1%;肝及脾LPO均有所下降,对白细胞及淋巴细胞均有保护作用;骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率分别降低55.4%及53.6%,精子畸变率分别降低34.9%及30.2%。FD具有抗辐射作用,尤以10mg/kg为最佳用量。

Abstract: and 70mg/kg fucoidin(FD,extracted from brown seaweeds Laminaria japonica aresch.) were orallyadministered separately to three groups of mice, a normal control and an experimental control were also arranged. After thefive groups of mice were fed for 15d, the three groups(LBJ group, LBP group,and an experimental control) were exposed to8.5Gyγrays and the survival rates were recorded. In other experiment, three groups of mice(fed with 10 and 40 mg/kgFD,respectively,and an experimental control) were fed for 12d. Then,the groups are exposed to 3.0Gyγ-rays. After 6d,thenumber of white blood cells(WBC) and lymphocytes(W-SCC) were counted and the lipidperoxidation level(LPO) in spleenand liver were determined. The micronucleus frequency(MF) of polychromatic erythrocytes and the sperm abberationfrequency(SF) were also observed. The results showed: the raise of the survival rates by 9.1%,and 7.1%,respectively, Thelower OF LPO levels, the protect ion of WBC and W-SCC to some extent, the decrease MF by 55.4% and 53.6% and thelower of SF by 34.9% and 30.2%, respectively. Hence,10mg/kg FD has shown remarkable radioprotective effects.
