Abstract: Buckwheat have abundant nutritional value and powerful health care function. Many kinds of functional food andmedicine can be made from buckwheat. Buckwheat as pharmaceutical and nutritional food can help proventing and cureingdisease. There are good chances and promising prospects for exploitation and utilization of buckwheat .
