摘要: 通过损伤接种试验筛选出抑菌剂A和氯硝胺能分别有效控制哈密瓜常温贮运的优势病原菌镰刀菌和根霉。虫胶中加入1500mg/L抑菌剂A和氯硝胺复配成的膜剂保鲜剂,不但能减少常温贮运的水分损失,保持硬度,而且能有效控制腐烂。
关键词: 哈密瓜, 采后病害, 抑菌剂, 虫胶膜剂
Abstract: It is shown that fungicide A and dicloran are respectively effective against the dominant pathogeny F.semitectumand R. stolonifer after inoculating Hami melon fruit. The two fungicides with 1500mg/ L applied in shell-lac coating do not onlyreduce water loss and keep fresh,but also can effectively control Hami melon postharvest rot at ambient temperature storage.
