摘要: 本文将射流均质机振荡头内部孔道分成六个部分进料管区、分流管区、撞击管区、射流管区、扩流管区和出料管区,对其流场的动力学行为进行了分析,这为讨论射流均质机的超微粉碎的作用机制提供理论基础。

Abstract: The microchannel of interaction chamber was divided into six areas: feeding zone, fluid separation zone, impingingzone, compel jet zone, outspreading zone and discharging zone. Fluid dynamics behaviour of high velcocity jet homogenizer wasanalysed. It was useful to discuss the reaction mechanisms of ultramicro-pulverization in jet homogenizer.
