摘要: 本文介绍了新鲜贻贝经处理后用不同配方的复合生物保鲜剂进行保鲜冷藏,结果表明:溶菌酶、Nisin等复合生物保鲜剂保鲜效果良好。

Abstract: This paper introduced the cold storage of mussels combined with complex biological fresh-keeping agents of differentformula. The results showed that the effect of the complex biological fresh-keeping agents of lysozymes, nisin and etc. was good.
