绿芦笋自发气调贮藏保鲜袋的设计和适宜气体组成确定

摘要: 以产品呼吸和薄膜渗气在一定条件下达到平衡时,能自发调节保鲜袋内O2和CO2浓度为依据,用改变薄膜厚度、面积、贮藏量的方法调节袋内气体组成。在大量试验数据基础上,用计算机回归设计的芦笋自发气调贮藏保鲜袋,能够使芦笋贮藏保持在3.2%~8.3%O2;3.5%~5.3%CO2的适宜气组成范围内,保鲜效果优良。

Abstract: The balance of the respiration of the vegetables and the permeation through the plastic films could be gotten in certain conditions and could spontaneously control the concentration of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the storage preservation bags. Thus, we designed the MAP for asparagus by means of changing the thickness (D), the area (A) and the storagen (W) of the films to control the gas composition inside the package. On the basis of a large amount of experiment data, a modified atmosphere storage package for asparagus was designed by computer regression, which could store asparagus in a fit composition of gas (3.2%~8.3% O2, 3.5%~5.3% CO2) and keep the asparagus fresh and delicious.
