摘要: 用10%(W/V)的三氯乙酸沉淀蛋白水解液中的大分子蛋白质,经离心过滤后,在上清液中加入双缩脲试剂,于540nm下测定其OD值,继而在Gly-Gly-Tyr-Arg四肽标准曲线上查出样品中的多肽含量。

Abstract: Macromolecule protein in protein hydrolysate was deposited by using 10% trichloroacetic acid. After centrifugal-ization and filtration, biuret reagent was added to the clear solution. The OD value was mensurated under 540nm. Then thecontent of peptides of the sample was obtained through contrasted on the standard curve of Gly-Gly-Tyr-Arg tetrapeptide.
