3-噻唑偶氮-5-氨基苯酚吸光光度法测定微量NO2-离子的研究

摘要: 研究了3-噻唑偶氮-5-氨基苯酚(3-TAP)在酸性介质中质子化后与NO2形成二元离子缔合物的最佳条件,提出了光度法测定微量NO2的新方法。在稀H2SO4介质中,二元离子缔合物的最大吸收峰位于375nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为:,NO2含量在0~10.6μg/10ml范围内符合比耳定律。方法用于肉制品中微量NO2的侧定,结果满意。

Abstract: In a dilute H2SO4 medium of C(H2SO4)0.3~0.65mol/L,trace a mounts of NO 2 reacts with protonated 3-Thiazolyazo- 5-Amino phenol to form a pair association complex having its absorption maxima at 375nm. And a molar absorptivity of 3.96 ×104L/mol•cm,Beer’s law holds in the range of 0 to 10.6μg of NO 2 per 10ml of solution. The method presented has been used - - in the determination of NO2 in Meat products.
