不同pH值提取液浸提虫草素研究

摘要: 用不同pH值提取液及微波处理方法浸提样品中的虫草素,经HPLC测定,pH2.0、pH3.0的提取率比中性提取液提高了3.89%和3.99%;将浸提后的样液中和后再测定,测定值进一步提高,较中性提取液提高了7%以上。

Abstract:  The cordycepin was extracted from aweto mycelium in the different pH value distilling solution with the microwave processing method,and was determined by HPLC. It was found that in pH 2.0,pH 3.0 solution the extraction efficiencies were higher than in medium pH solution by 3.89% and 3.99%; When the acidic extracted solution be neutralised to medium pH,the cordycepin content could also be found higher than that before in acidic solution. So it was believed that the extraction efficiency in acidic solution is totally higher than that in medium pH distilling solution by 7% above.
