摘要: 研究了复凝聚法制备凝聚液、喷雾干燥法进行干燥的维生素A微胶囊化的工艺。以微胶囊包埋率为评价指标进行单因素及正交试验,得到最佳工艺条件为:pH值4.2、乳化时间20min、芯壁比3:1、反应温度45℃。

Abstract: The technology of by complex coacervation method to prepare coacervates,and the coacervates dried to prepare Vitamin A microcapsules by spray drying was investigated. Single factor and orthogonal test were done and evaluating indicator is encapsulation efficiency. The following optimum processing conditions for preparing vitamin A microcapsules were obtained: pH 4.2,impeller rotational time 20min,the ratio of core material to wall material 3:1,temperature 45℃.
